The deadline for applying to the trip is February 1, 2014. The deadline for submitting papers is March 7, 2014.

$1050 (covers lodging and meals while in Rome). The cost does not cover airfare or pocket spending money. A $200 deposit is due at the time of application. The full balance for the trip is due by March 28, 2014.
